From naming and identity to digital experiences, packaging, and patient education, we created a cohesive visual and verbal language designed to speak to parents, patients, medical professionals, and investors alike.

Logo, color & icon system

The Allergenis identity is rooted in clarity and science. The name combines allergy and genesis, symbolizing a new beginning in food allergy testing. The logo mark is inspired by molecular structures, reinforcing medical accuracy and research, while its circular, modular form allows the system to scale across touchpoints. A warm, optimistic color palette, balanced with calming blues, softens the clinical nature of the category. Supporting icons echo the logo’s simple geometry, creating a cohesive, approachable visual language across digital platforms, packaging, and patient education materials.

 

WHERE INFORMATION MEETS THE REAL WORLD - COLLATERAL DESIGN

Collateral played a key role in extending the Allergenis brand beyond the digital space. We designed a suite of materials—including test kit postcards, business cards, restaurant allergy cards, and scientific data flyers—to support patients, families, and medical professionals alike. Each piece was thoughtfully crafted to simplify complex information while reinforcing trust, consistency, and clarity at every touchpoint.

 

 

CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT

When dealing with children, it can be helpful to personify things they may fear, making them easier to discuss and, in this case, something they can laugh with, learn from, and grow through.

Our in-house illustrators created all of the custom characters and drawings for the brand, making Mr. Peanut someone you can’t help but love. Designed to be expressive, friendly, and familiar, the character helps translate complex and sometimes intimidating information into moments of understanding and comfort. Used across educational materials, packaging, and special initiatives, Mr. Peanut became an approachable guide, supporting children and families as they navigate life with allergies.

 

 

 

PATIENT CARE KIT

Allergenis wanted to be more than a company that shared results with patients. They wanted to truly be a partner, staying with families after the results arrived in a way that provided them the tools they needed to navigate life in the know.

This led us to design and fully brand two comprehensive patient care kits: one for individuals with a severe peanut allergy and one for those with varying sensitivities. Each kit was thoughtfully developed to extend the Allergenis brand beyond the test itself, featuring custom-designed elements for both parents and children. From pantry stickers and restaurant allergy cards to educational cheat sheets and supporting materials, every touchpoint was crafted to simplify complex information while reinforcing trust, clarity, and consistency. The result is a cohesive, brand-driven experience that transforms medical data into practical, everyday guidance, making the moment of receiving results supportive, empowering, and human.

Allergenis needed a healthcare website that could educate patients, support medical professionals, and establish trust in a highly technical category. Campbell Creative delivered a fully branded healthcare web design solution, leading the strategy, UX, and medical website development for both a patient-facing site and an allergist platform. Each experience was designed with distinct messaging, content structure, and visual hierarchy to support patient experience design and clinical credibility.

We translated complex scientific information into clear, intuitive digital experiences, supported by custom iconography, illustration, animation, and branded email funnels. We wanted the Allergenis brand to stand out while remaining true to its core values of being authentic, approachable, educated, and real. Campbell Creative led the photography direction from concept through execution, art directing quarterly photoshoots to create a custom visual library that supports healthcare branding and patient experience design.

From prop styling and talent sourcing to composition and tone, each shoot was designed to produce versatile, on-brand imagery used across the website, social media, blogs, email marketing, and printed collateral. TESTIMONIAL VIDEOS

Testimonial videos played a critical role in building trust and authenticity for the Allergenis brand. Campbell Creative led the healthcare video production process from concept to completion, using real patients and families to share their lived experiences with food allergies. Each video was carefully planned through moodboarding and scene development to ensure stories felt natural, clear, and emotionally grounded.

We managed full-service video production, including story direction, location and studio sourcing, wardrobe guidance, filming, animation overlays, and post-production. Testimonials were captured before and after patients received their test results, allowing the narrative to reflect the full patient journey.
